Nadège and her team at the Fontaine de Rocoule restaurant invite you to their table to share an authentic and gourmet cooking. Jérôme Delacroix, Chef de cuisine, puts his 30 years of experience at the service of a traditional home-made cooking. The whole team works together, drawing their inspiration from good local products.
Their cooking moves between land and sea, with Jérôme working with Charolais meats, which he particularly appreciates, as well as seawater fish, to the delight of your taste buds. In particular, it is difficult to resist his frogs in Dombes-style persillade, which are much appreciated by his regular customers who never tire of this beautiful address.
In fine weather, meals can be enjoyed on the pleasant, well exposed and shaded terrace.
